About Us
In April of 1991 Clyde McLaughlin and Chris McConnell formed their business at a small location in Annapolis, Maryland.
In 1994 the business expanded to its current 9,000 square foot location on McGuckian Street. It has gradually grown over the past 19 years to the present size of 8 employees and 9 work bays.
Originally geared to the care and maintenance of high-end imports, the business expanded to include care of domestic and mid-level automobiles as well.
Clyde and Chris credit their success and growth to the level of attention they provide to each automobile that enters their shop, as well as to the experience and extensive training of their technicians.
Clyde McLaughlin is a Native of New Hampshire and moved to Maryland in 1984. He worked in Dealer networks for BMW, Mercedes and Volvo.
Chris McConnell was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Annapolis in 1969. He began his automotive career in 1976. He worked at the local BMW dealership and for independent shops.
Martine Holesapple was born and raised in Maryland. She is our "Gal Friday" and wears many hats, from Administration to Customer Service, to Bookkeeping among other various duties.
Ken Krowel was born and raised in California and moved to Maryland in 1985. He started working on cars at the age of 15 and began his professional career in 1984.
Aaron Glenn was born and raised in New Mexico and moved to Maryland in the early 90's. He has been working on cars since age 14 and started his automotive career in 2001.
Jessica Golden was born and raised in Maryland. She is our Service Advisor and has many years of experience in the automotive industry.
Chris Gascon was born and raised in Maryland, but has lived in Texas and Virginia before coming back to Maryland. He started working on cars at age 14 and began his automotive career in 1998.
